The GetAway
The GetAways are held periodically throughout the year. They are special times to gather as leaders to encounter God, be refreshed by friendship, and hear the word of the Lord for the present time.
Three Locations, Three GetAways
The GetAways are intentionally different. They are smaller, more relational, more personal, and more conversational by design. We eat together, laugh together, pray together, and talk honestly about ministry, family, challenges, victories, transitions, and what we are sensing for the season ahead.
Impartation through Association
There will be times of sharing, but these GetAways are not built around a traditional conference model or a packed schedule of sessions. They are designed to make space for what ministry leaders often need most: unhurried conversation, honest encouragement, prayer, ministry, and the strengthening that comes when the Holy Spirit meets us together.
Prophetic and apostolic insight will be shared as the Lord leads, while leaving room for questions, relationships, personal ministry, and the movement of the Holy Spirit. The GetAways create space for ministry leaders to share burdens, build covenant relationships, rest in God’s presence, and be strengthened for the work they carry.
To every ministry leader who has poured out and kept showing up: you are seen, valued, and needed. Be strengthened, encouraged, and reminded that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (Galatians 6:9; 1 Corinthians 15:58).
The vision is simple: no pastor should have to pastor alone, no leader should have to lead alone, and no ministry family should have to carry the weight alone. “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor” (Ecclesiastes 4:9).
